Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect our time and the time of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your treatment balance. Apple Pay or Zelle (Bibyanna Espinoza 520-340-1294).
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the $75 booking fee.
• No-shows will forfeit the $75 booking fee and will be required to pay a new booking fee to schedule another appointment.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
